Protecting the Muslim Family Campaign

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ قُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًۭا وَقُودُهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلْحِجَارَةُ

O you who believe, protect yourselves and your families from the Fire (TMQ At-Tahrim:6)

As a parent, nothing is more important to you than the safety and well-being of your children. You would do anything to protect them from physical or emotional harm. You work hard to provide food and a home for your children. You teach them the Quran, how to pray, the pillars of Islam, etc. You work hard to protect them in this world and the hereafter.

Our children are in danger of losing their place in Jannah! The evil (fahisha) ideas and concepts of the LGBT and feminist agenda are taught and heavily promoted to your children, even in elementary school. This fahisha, if not dealt with, will lead our youth down a dangerous path.

Our children are being taught to question their biological sex. They encourage a 7-year-old boy to question himself if he feels like he should be a girl. Our daughters are being taught to look down upon their beloved mother because they are being “oppressed” for caring for their children. Our young children are being taught that two men or two women can make a baby. They promote cartoons and children’s storybooks where boys dress in women’s clothing. They promote marriage between two males or two females. They want this to be completely normal for your children, and the children and parents cannot dare to challenge them in the name of “tolerance.”

“They,” the school, media, and government, want your child to accept homosexuality as the norm. They want your daughters to reject having a family and husband because it “oppresses” her. They want your child to reject what Allah SWT and his Messenger SAW have defined as marriage, the roles of gender, homosexuality, creation, etc. They want your child to adopt their evil secular liberal thoughts and concepts to define marriage, gender, creation, etc.

Hizb-ut-Tahrir America has established a campaign, “Protecting the Muslim Family.” This campaign is to help the community understand the agenda of corrupting the Muslim youth from this fahisha (evil). This campaign will have materials to help Muslim parents explain and have a plan to protect their children from these evil ideas and concepts.

Hizb-ut-Tahrir America has developed toolkits to help parents and community leaders talk to the youth from preschool to high school. These toolkits use the most perfect of resources, Allah (SWT) and his Messenger (SAW), to address the issue from the Islamic perspective. These toolkits will help parents on how they should respond to the issues such as LGBT and feminism.
