On the 24th of March, there were searches carried in the houses of 9 Muslim women in the city of Almetyevsk, Tatarstan, Russia.
After the interrogation four sister were detained:
Mukhametzyanova Gulia
Akhmetova Aigul
Akhmetzyanova Elianora
Farrahova Irina
Each one of these sisters has 2 young children. One of the sisters, Davletshina Albina was completely stripped during the interrogation, seeking from her accusatory testimony to one of the detained Muslim women.
All detained sisters were charged with part 1 and part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation, with the sanction that reaches a life imprisonment.
According to the latest available information, preventive measures against the sisters will be decided tomorrow.
