Treachery is considered one of the most heinous crimes in any state, in any nation.
The accusation of treason was expressed very publicly during the speech by the Prime Minister of the illegal Zionist state of Israel, Benyamin Netanyahu, addressing the United Nations General Assembly meeting on the 27th of September.
While attacking the Iranian Nuclear Deal, Netanyahu stated, “I have an important confession to make. This may surprise you but I have to admit that the Iran deal has had one positive consequence…it has brought Israel and many Arab states closer together than ever before in an intimacy and friendship that I have not seen in my lifetime…Israel deeply values these new friendships.”
This was such a public and explicit framing of the treachery of the Arab regimes. The opportunities have been ever-present for the Arab regimes to publicly reject these claims of ‘intimacy and friendship’ with the enemy of the Muslims, Islam, the blessed Messenger (saw) and Allah (swt). But there has only been unashamed silence (and consent).
These regimes that have blighted the lives of the Muslims with their oppression and blind following of their colonial masters have ignored the Mighty Speech of Allah (swt):
يا أَيُّهَا الَّذينَ آمَنوا لا تَتَّخِذوا عَدُوّي وَعَدُوَّكُم أَولِياءَ تُلقونَ إِلَيهِم بِالمَوَدَّةِ وَقَد كَفَروا بِما جاءَكُم مِنَ الحَقِّ يُخرِجونَ الرَّسولَ وَإِيّاكُم ۙ أَن تُؤمِنوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُم إِن كُنتُم خَرَجتُم جِهادًا في سَبيلي وَابتِغاءَ مَرضاتي ۚ تُسِرّونَ إِلَيهِم بِالمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنا أَعلَمُ بِما أَخفَيتُم وَما أَعلَنتُم ۚ وَمَن يَفعَلهُ مِنكُم فَقَد ضَلَّ سَواءَ السَّبيلِ
“O you who believe! Take not My enemies and yours as friends (or protectors) offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you and have driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes) (simply) because you believe in Allah your Lord! If you have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that you conceal and all that you reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path.” (TMQ Mumtahana 60:1)
For the Muslims and sincere political observers, this matter is not new for it is well recognized that the first line of defense for the illegal Zionist state are the Arab regimes, including Turkey.
So as the treachery of these regimes is unravelled day after day, we must focus on our responsibility, our obligation and urgency to bring the systematic change to this situation and return Palestine and the entire Muslim world under the sincere Islamic leadership and system, the Khilafah, upon the Prophetic method.
