Rivals have used many forms of weapons in the noble land of Ash-Sham, whether it be from the tyrant regime or from those who claimed they came out to fight the tyrant; those, instead of directing their weapons towards ousting the regime we see them direct and are directing their weapons towards each other and extend the regime’s life of the tyrant … The use of weapons did not stop at guns, tanks and barrels of explosives but it surpassed that to include chemical weapons, since the regime used it in Ghouta on Wednesday, 21 August 2013, which claimed the lives of hundreds of people in the region due to the inhalation of toxic gases resulting from the nerve gas attack… And the latest we heard about Baghdadi’s organization was their use of mustard gas in Mare` on Tuesday morning 17 Dhul Qiddah 1436 AH, corresponding to the first of September 2015, where dozens were wounded …
Muslims have suffered on the blessed land of Ash-Sham for more than four years; from all varieties of murder, displacement, siege and starvation; and from all conventional weapons, including the chemical one at the hands of the enemies of the Ummah; the Kaffir West; through its agents in the region; and on top of the list is the Iranian regime, with the blessing of those who claim to support the blessed Ash-Sham’s revolution; in the form of the deafening silence; and participation in banning the quality weapons from the revolutionaries.
It is very strange that people carry weapons under the pretext of fighting the tyrant regime and then change and turn against each other to fight each other and kill more people from amongst them than from the regime … It is inconceivable that the regime and a number of factions with that organization in the forefront are racing each other in the killing of Muslims, in the killing of the people of Ash-Sham … But with a difference: The regime is racing in the killing in the name of secularism, on behalf of the separation of religion from the state, and those are racing in the killings, sometimes in the name of moderate Islam but a changed Islam, and sometimes in the name of a distorted meaningless Khilafah!
O Muslims: Islam is one not two … Islam is sent down by Allah Al-Qawi Al- Aziz to His Prophet (saw) … Islam is where people are the slaves to Allah and oneness is to Him and the Ruku’ and Sujud are to Allah alone and not to crawl on the stomach in front of the black and white house … Islam is the Glory to Allah and His Messenger and believers, not humiliation in front of America, Russia and colonists … Islam of Ash-Sham the abode of Islam and not Islam of America, the abode of secularism and criminality … this is Islam,
((وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ))
“And whoever desires other than Islam as religion – never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers” [Al-i-Imran: 85]
And thus Khilafah is also one not two … it is the first Islamic state established by the Messenger of Allah (saw)… It is the first rightly guided Khilafah on the method of Prophethood, which was led by the rightly guided Khalifs … It is the protector of the Deen, soul, money and honour … It is the Khilafah that answers the Muslims in distress and supports them, the imam in it is a shield whom is fought from behind and is protected by it, the Khalifah lead the army to support the woman oppressed by a Roman, who shouted: O Mu’tasim, so he rocked Amoriyah to support her … It is the Khilafah that people turn to and are secured, and the oppressed resort to and get justice and be happy … when the Khilafah pardons, it fulfils and when it punishes it serves justice and it rules with the truth … The Khilafah does not torture with Allah’s punishment, but with what Allah (swt) and the Messenger have decreed … It implements Islam as a divine system. All human beings are happy by its implementation; Muslims and non-Muslims. It provides a progressive model for a happy life in the most elevated civilian forms.
The practices of those who claimed that they established the Khilafah will not tarnish its image in the minds of Muslims, for history is filled with pages of its advancement and justice, prompting its enemies to plot against it and destroy it, this should not stop you from working for its return, O Muslims, it is the crown of obligations. It will end our miseries; and by it the law of Allah will be implemented on us, which is the promise of Allah (swt):
((وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ))
“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them…” [An-Noor: 55]
And it is the glad-tiding of the Messenger (saw):
“ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ”
“Then there will be Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood”
This is the Khilafah and this is the truth:
((فَمَاذَا بَعْدَ الْحَقِّ إِلَّا الضَّلَال))
“For that is Allah, your Lord, the Truth. And what can be beyond truth except error? So how are you averted?” [Yunus: 32]
