Condolences for a Dawah Carrier
ِبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Among the Believers are men who have been true to their Covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least (TMQ 33:23)
In the belief and acknowledgment of the will of Allah SWT the Almighty,
Hizb ut-Tahrir America sends its condolences to Muslims in general and to the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
Among one of the most loyal followers of Allah (SWT) and the protector of the Dawah, and a first generation Dawah carrier was our beloved Brother Omar Daoud (Abu Hisham).
Allah (SWT) has taken Abu Hisham on Monday, 20 Rajab 1438 AH corresponding to 17 April 2017 CE at the age of 88. His life was spent in the obedience to Allah (SWT) carrying the call to resume the Islamic way of life through re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate).
He was like a beacon of light (noor) in his activity in carrying the Dawah facing the challenges with patience never wavering until his last days when he became very ill. Abu Hisham was one of the first to bring Dawah to America. Like other members of the Hizb ut-Tahrir, he suffered bitterness of imprisonment by unjust regime in Jordan where he was detained for two years. His beloved saying was always “Ya Allah, allow us to witness the Islamic Caliphate.”
We ask Allah (SWT) to grant His mercy to him, to accept him with good acceptance, and to grant him Jannatul Al-Firdous with the Prophets and Righteous men, and to reward him and all Muslims with the best reward.
Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un (to Allah we belong and to Him we return).

نعي فارس من فرسان الدعوة
مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا
إيمانا وتسليما بقضاء الله سبحانه وتعالى، ينعى حزب التحرير - أمريكا، إلى المسلمين عامة، وشباب الحزب في أمريكا خاصة، أحد شبابه المخلصين البررة من الرعيل الاول الاستاذ عمر داوود - أبو هشام رحمه الله رحمة واسعة. الذي انتقل الى الرفيق الأعلى سبحانه وتعالى الْيَوْمَ الاثنين ٢٠ رجب ١٤٣٨ هجرية الموافق ١٧-٤-٢٠١٧م عن عمر ناهز ٨٨ عاما قضاها في طاعة الله حاملا الدعوة لاستئناف الحياة الاسلامية بإقامة الخلافة الراشدة. فكان رحمه الله شعلة نشاط ملتهبة في حمل الدعوة والتحدي والصبر لا يكل ولا يمل حتى أقعده المرض. وكان من الاوائل الذين أوجودوا بذرة الدعوة في أمريكا خلال القرن الماضي. وقد عانى كغيره من اقرانه مرارة سجن النظام الظالم في الاْردن حيث اعتقل لمدة عامين. وكان دائما يدعو ويقول اللهم كحل أعيننا برؤية الخلافة الاسلامية.
فالله نسأل أن يتغمد فقيدنا برحمته، وأن يتقبله بقبول حسن، وأن يجعل مثواه الفردوس الأعلى من الجنة مع النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين وحسن أولئك رفيقا، وأن يجزيه عنّا وعن الإسلام والمسلمين خير الجزاء، كما ونسأله سبحانه وتعالى لنا ولأهله الصبر والسلوان وحسن العزاء.
