Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim waAlhamdulillah Rabb Alameen and prayers and peace be upon the envoy as a mercy to the worlds our master Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.
Bukhari reported in his Sahih from Muhammad Bin Ziyad that he said, “I heard Abu Hurairah (ra) say: that the Prophet (saw) said, or he said: Abu Al-Qasim (saw) said: «صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثين»“Observe fast on sighting it (the new moon) and break it on sighting it. But if (due to clouds) the actual position of the moon is concealed from you, you should then complete the thirty days of Sha’ban.””
After investigating the new moon of the blessed Ramadan, this eve of Monday, the sighting of the new moon according to the Shariah requirements is confirmed, and therefore tomorrow, Monday is the first day of the blessed month of Ramadan for this year 1445 AH.
On this occasion, I convey my greetings and congratulations of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all those working in it, to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, asking Allah to support him and to hasten the victory for us and the empowerment by his hands.
This year, Ramadan comes while the world witnesses the ongoing clash between the will of the Islamic Ummah to cling to the Blessed Land of Palestine and the will of the Western kufr colonizer to impose the occupying entity of Jews on the Blessed Land as a fait accompli. This clash has preoccupied the entire world, and no political dialogue on any platform passes without the question being asked to its owner: which side do you support? This clash has revealed several issues that must be stopped to understand where the Islamic Ummah.
It has become clear that the normalization process has been a failure since its inception. All the talk attempted by the sponsored media to portray the idea that the peoples of the Islamic Ummah have begun to accept the concept of a Jewish entity was nothing but a lie from the rulers to the people. These rulers are nothing but the wretched remnants afflicted by every human community. Our rulers have only approached them with the treacherous ones who are of their kind.
It has become proven to the Islamic Ummah that armies play a pivotal role in resolving its issues. After the Islamic Ummah engaged in the Arab Spring against the rulers without paying attention to the role of the armies properly, today it calls out to them, “Where are you, O Muslim armies? Why don’t you mobilize to rescue Gaza?” By the permission of Allah, this heralds a new spring, but this time it is the “Spring of the Muslim Armies” where the Muslim armies depart from their barracks and extend their hands to the Islamic Ummah in support of it and its Deen. As for the case of the traitorous rulers, we will not mention them at length in this regard. They stink in this war as they had never stunk before and the Ummah no longer tolerates them, eagerly awaiting to rid itself of them at the nearest opportunity.
Similarly, the Islamic Ummah has felt the weight of a conspiracy to divide the lands of the Muslims. The youth of the Islamic Ummah attempted to march to Palestine from several countries, but the borders drawn by the Sykes-Picot Agreement prevented them from reaching the Blessed Land. Many have realized that these borders were only drawn to serve as a prison preventing the Islamic Ummah from coming to its own aid.
As for the people of Gaza Hashem, their weak, including children, women, and the elderly, have displayed scenes of patience and steadfastness in the face of adversity, so that the word of Allah is the highest to the extent written by their brave ones through scenes of determination and courage, striving for the word of those who disbelieve to be lowly. Thus, the people of Gaza have cleared away the dust from the straight path drawn by Islam, embodying a Muslim believer seeking what is with Allah above all worldly matters, and young mujahideen who do not blink until prevailing over their enemies. Between the one who joyfully exclaims, “The tank is on fire!” and the calm and contentment of the elder who kisses the eyes of “the soul of the soul,” the people of Gaza have inspired the world that Islam is indeed something magnificent.
O Muslims:
The senses are awakened, the picture is clear, and the destination is known; the mobilization of the armies, the removal of the rulers and the breaking of the boundaries. Do not let the sacrifices of the people of Gaza go in vain, do not let the Blessed Month pass without ending the Sykes-Picot conspiracy and re-establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate). Throughout history, the Khilafah has been the practical way to unify the forces of the Muslims. It is the political system through which the Islamic Ummah worked to achieve its interests and triumph over its enemies. The days have proven to you that any political system other than the Khilafah only brings shame, disgrace, loss, and humiliation to the Muslims. The liberation of Palestine requires the liberation of Muslim lands from the boundaries of Sykes-Picot, and only the Muslim armies can do that, as they are the ones with real power in our lands, and they are your sons, so incite them and encourage them to establish the Khilafah with praise.
Allah Almighty says:
[وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَسَى اللهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَاللهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْساً وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلاً]“And encourage the believers [to join you] that perhaps Allah will restrain the [military] might of those who disbelieve. And Allah is greater in might and stronger in [exemplary] punishment.”[An-Nisa:84].
The eve of Monday is the first of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1445 AH.
