“Wednesday, will be the first day of the month of Shawwal and the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.“

Bismillahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the best of messengers, our master Mohammad, and upon all his family and companions…
Bukhari extracted in his Sahih on the authority of Muhammad Bin Ziyad that he said, I heard Abu Hurairah (ra) say: that the Prophet (saw) said, or he said: Abu Al-Qasim (saw) said:
«صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ» “Observe fast on sighting it (the new moon) and break it on sighting it. But if (due to clouds) the actual position of the moon is concealed from you, you should then complete thirty days.”
After investigating the new moon of Shawwal on this blessed eve of Tuesday, the sighting of the new moon has not been confirmed according to the Shariah requirements. Accordingly, tomorrow, Tuesday, is the completion of the blessed month of Ramadan, Allah willing, and the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, will be the first day of the month of Shawwal and the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.
On this occasion, Hizb ut Tahrir extends to the Islamic Ummah its sincere congratulations on the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, asking Allah to return it next year, with its state already established, where Allah has empowered its religion, and spread its raya (banner). Likewise, I extend special congratulations, on my behalf and on the behalf of Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all the brothers and sisters working in its departments and units, to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, asking Allah Almighty to grant him success in carrying out this call to fulfill the good tidings of the Messenger of Allah (saw) of the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (righty guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood.
Eid al-Fitr comes this year, and the struggle of wills between the Islamic Ummah and the disbelieving colonialist West is seen unlike many decades. The Islamic Ummah has proven to the world that it is still determined that the Blessed Land of Palestine is an Islamic land and will not give it up no matter how the kafir colonialist West tries to oppress it. Indeed, the West today fears that the scene of October 7, 2023, will be repeated and threaten the existence of the Jewish entity, which has proven to be weak, as it would almost been destroyed if a second front was opened against it by mobilizing the Muslim armies in support of Gaza, its people, and all of Palestine…This is why the West is so ferocious in its shameless campaign to support the Jewish entity with weapons and moral support and the restrictions on the Muslims in the West and in Muslim countries at the hands of traitorous rulers.
As for the heroic mujahideen of Gaza and their people who were as patient as the mountains, they trampled the noses of the Jewish army in the dust of the Blessed Land. They proved to the world that if Islam possesses the heart of a people, it elevates that people to a high position in the history of Islam and Muslims. We ask Allah, the Powerful, the Mighty, to accept their deeds and to place them in the Hereafter in the highest levels, and we do not commend anyone before Allah. He (swt) says:
[قَالَ اللهُ هَذَا يَوْمُ يَنفَعُ الصَّادِقِينَ صِدْقُهُمْ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَداً رَّضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُواْ عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ * لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ]“Allah will declare, “This is the Day when ˹only˺ the faithful will benefit from their faithfulness. Theirs are Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there for ever and ever. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. That is the ultimate triumph.” To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything within. And He is Most Capable of everything.” [Al-Ma’idah 5:119 – 120].
As for the rest of the peoples of the Islamic Ummah, they felt the prison called the “Sykes-Picot border” as they had never felt it before. Muslims are one Ummah, their blood is one, and their sentiments are one. The screams of free women, the cries of children, and the support of the elderly ignited the fire of their brotherhood. But they remain imprisoned peoples behind the prison called the Sykes-Picot border.
The prison of Sykes-Picot was designed for this very purpose, which is to single out Muslims and prevent them from supporting each other. Today Palestine, yesterday Syria, before that Kashmir, before that Iraq, before that Afghanistan, and before that Palestine…Every time a people from the Muslim population are killed, the rest of the millions just watch and are unable to move, and that is only because of the Sykes-Picot borders!
O Soldiers in the Muslim Armies: You have seen the betrayal of the rulers, their blind loyalty to the colonial kafir West, how they force you to coordinate security with the enemies of the Islamic Ummah, and how they do not give you orders to move except to destroy the cities of your country and kill those of your people in them. Therefore, you must stop giving your loyalty to this traitorous faction, and move immediately to support the Blessed Land of Palestine, and if the rulers object, it is a reason for you to take them in every possible way. The Ummah will be with you to support you with money and lives, and Hizb ut Tahrir also extends its hand to you, as it has prepared the necessary to restore the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, Allah willing, and this will not be achieved except by supporting the people of Nusra, as the Ansar, may Allah be pleased with them, did with the Messenger of Allah (saw) when they gave him the bayah (pledge) to establish the rule of Islam among them. Allah (swt) says:
[وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقّاً لَّهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ]“Those who believed, migrated, and struggled in the cause of Allah, and those who gave ˹them˺ shelter and help, they are the true believers. They will have forgiveness and an honourable provision.” [Al-Anfal 8:74].
