"O you who believe, answer the call of your Lord as he calls you to that which gives you life." [Surah An Anfal 8:24]

O Allah! We answer your call!  Across the many false nation states, created by the West to divide the Ummah, the last year has seen the Ummah rise up. The Ummah has risen up against their tyrant puppet Rulers.  The Ummah has risen up demanding an end to kufr rule and the implementation of the Islamic shar'iah.  The Ummahs blood is being spilt, and they are facing hardship, torture and oppression, all to answer the call of Allah.

The women of the Ummah are answering with their men. Witness the marches in Tunisia, the demonstrations in Egypt, the shooting of the women and children demonstrating in Syria, the oppression of the pious women of Palestine, the torture of the pious Muslim women in Central Asia, the women whose children are dying in Iraq denied even mother's milk through the weakness in their bodies, and the women whose families are being bombed in Afghanistan and the Tribal Areas in America's crusade.

Their Iman gives them the strength to withstand their hardships, as their homes are destroyed and their families are tortured and murdered. Their Iman gives them patience to hold onto their Deen. Their Iman has led them to raise the call for Khilafah across the Muslim World.

O Muslim sisters of Pakistan!

What answer will you give to the Call of Allah? The blessed month of Ramadan is once again upon us. This is the month in which the Holy Qur'an was revealed. This month Allah chains up the Shaytan and increases reward for our good actions. As we read the Qur'an in this Holy Month, let us not forget that the Qur'an is not only meant to be read, but also to be implemented! Leaving the implementation of the Obligations (Fara'id) makes us liable for being punished by Allah. To live and act by Islam we require the complete implementation of the Deen, which requires the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah state. The Khilafah's purpose is to rule the Muslims by that which Allah has commanded and to carry the rule of Allah to the world.

The Khilafah is the Fard which leads to the establishment of countless other Fards in the fields of economy, social life, ruling, foreign policy and education. Without the Khilafah we live by the laws of kufr which we are forbidden to do.

This Ramadan our Iman demands that we follow the commands of Allah and act to change our situation from one where kufr dominates and oppresses us, to one where we live under the blessing of our Deen. Allah  said,

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ

"Allah will never change the situation of a people until they change what is within  themselves" [Surah Ar-Rad 13:11]

It is a demand from Allah  to work to bring about change within our corrupt society. It is not allowed for us to understand Iman to be sitting down, wallowing in despair and leaving the situation to be as it is or just making dua without acting. It is not allowed for us to use our mind to judge the situation to decide action is too difficult, and then to do nothing! The Fard of removing the munkar and re-establishing the Islamic State can not be compensated for by feeding the needy, helping the poor read and write or feeding our friends and family for iftari!

O Muslim sisters of Pakistan!

Allah has decided the actions you must observe and not leave, like Salah, Fasting the month of Ramadan, and taking care of your husband and your children, condemning falsehood, accounting the ruler who implements kufr over us, and working to re-establish the Deen on this earth through re-establishing the Khilafah State. The Khilafah State is the correct solution for all the problems we are facing, the killing of Muslims, the loadshedding, the rising prices, and even the disunity over the sighting of the Moon. As long as we continue to be diverted into doing the wrong actions to fix our problems, the Muslims will remain as failures and continue to be dominated, oppressed and totally humiliated by kufr.

O Muslim sisters of Pakistan!

This Ummah is the best Ummah and this Ummah is the upholder of the Haqq. This Ummah lived in the light under a just system that made its citizens happy, even the people of the Book were pleased, to the extent that the Christians of Sham helped the Muslims fight against the Christian Crusaders!

Islam must now come back again to uproot all the corruption. There is no way this can happen unless the Khilafah is re-established, allowing Islam to once again be the light for misguided peoples. The return of Islam is so close, because the Ummah has no thoughts or ideas of any value except Islam, and the weakness of the governments in the muslim lands and their betrayal can be smelt everywhere.

O Muslim sisters of Pakistan!

This Ramadan, answer the call of Allah. There is no solution left except action in obedience to your Lord. Act now by carrying this call to the women in your family, friends and neighbors. Act now by carrying this call to your husbands, brothers or other relatives amongst the sincere officers of the Pakistani armed forces to give the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir. Now is the time for them to take over the current political and military leadership and hand the authority to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah and implement Islam radically and comprehensively. Allah said,

"But no (I swear) by your Lord!  They have no Iman until they make you (O Prophet) judge in all their disputes, and then they find no resentment in their souls regarding your judgement and they utterly submit to it." [Surah An Nisa 4:65]

After yet another anniversary of the abolishment of the Khilafah state it is important for us to reflect upon its history and the reaction of the Muslims towards its demise and eventual destruction. It is assumed by some that the Muslims and their scholars did not react to the call for the abolishment of Khilafah and that they did not realize its significance. This is untrue, history is a tes [ ... ]

Unfortunately today some people misuse Islamic principles in order to justify clearly prohibited actions. One of the most commonly misapplied principles is that of Dhuroora (necessity). People often use it to justify taking interest based loans, working in jobs that involve haram, engaging in bribery, supporting kufr political parties and a variety of other prohibited actions.
